Washingtonville Drug Bust

An investigation conducted by the Village of Washingtonville Police Department and New York State Police CNET resulted in the execution of two search warrants at two residences in the Village of Washingtonville. The Village of Washingtonville Police Department was assisted by New York State Police CNET and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

As a result of these warrants, the following items were seized: 15.6 ounces of marijuana, 2 marijuana plants, drug paraphernalia, other controlled substances, and approximately, $900 cash,

The following individuals were arrested:

Stephen J. Milisci, age 21, of Washingtonville was charged with Unlawful possession of marijuana, Criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, Criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd degree. Milisci was arraigned in Town of New Windsor Court, bail was set at $500 cash or $2,000 bond to reappear in Village of Washingtonville Court May 1, 2012.

Christopher A. Palmer, age 23, of Washingtonville was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 3rd degree, Criminally using Drug paraphernalia 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, Unlawful growing of cannabis. Palmer was arraigned in Town of New Windsor Court and Released on Recognizance to Orange County Probation Department to reappear in Village of Washingtonville Court May 1, 2012.

Michael W. Palmer, age 24, of Washingtonville was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, Unlawful possession of marijuana. Palmer was arraigned in Town of New Windsor Court, bail was set at $200 cash to reappear in Village of Washingtonville Court May 1, 2012.

Elizabeth M. Mahoney, age 23, of Salisbury Mills was charged with Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, Unlawful possession of marijuana. Mahoney was arraigned in Town of New Windsor court and released on recognizance to reappear in Village Court May 1, 2012.
